Event Background

Outdoor sports events require temporary venues that can accommodate athletes, spectators, and support staff while ensuring safety and weather protection. Organizers need a solution that is modular, durable, and flexible, especially on grass or uneven terrain.

For this project, a Bozo 35x40m heavy duty grass event tent was chosen to serve as the main shelter for an outdoor sports competition. The tent’s A-frame design and robust materials provided an ideal environment for athletes, equipment storage, and event coordination, while also blending aesthetically with the grassy field.

Activity content

The 35x40m A-frame event tent was deployed on a leveled grass field to support a multi-sport activity event. The layout included:

• Athlete preparation and rest areas
• Equipment and gear storage sections
• Judging and scoring zones
• Support staff and first aid stations

The clear-span design enabled multiple activity zones to coexist without obstructions, ensuring safe movement and operational efficiency. Lighting, ventilation, and branding banners were installed to create a professional and visually appealing atmosphere for the event.
